Customs took my shipment. How can I get it back?

You may be able to recover your shipment if:

• You provide required permits or documentation
• You pay applicable duties, taxes, or fines
• The goods are not prohibited by law

If the goods are illegal, they may be permanently confiscated.

You may also submit a formal objection if you disagree with the seizure.
