Customs Authority Introduces Updated Import Regulations to Enhance Compliance
The Customs Authority today announced the implementation of updated import regulations aimed at improving transparency, compliance, and efficiency in cross-border trade.
Effective immediately, all importers are required to provide accurate and complete documentation for all goods entering the country. This includes commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where applicable.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays, fines, or seizure of goods.
